Host Nên ghi rõ chỉ có cầu thang bộ ko có thang máy, khách mang Vali lên lầu khó khăn, thường nghe tiếng karaoke ồn buổi tối và sát bên đang có công trình ồn ào.

Rất hài lòng, giải quyết được đúng nhu cầu của mình.

The positives, great value pricing, great skyline view from our 4th floor apartment, large apartment area, private enclosed balcony, good shower, comfortable bed, quiet area but an easy walk to busy street with plentiful restaurant choices. And the not so positives, showing some general signs of wear, and the 65 steps to reach the room. Fortunately I am 72 years young so it was okay, but someone elderly may consider choosing a lower level 🤪 Overall many more positives so a solid 4 out of 5. Cheers

This hotel was very nice and the owner very useful! She brought us an iron to keep in our room for a month after requesting one. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the room itself is very nice and clean with everything you need to cook. Also, the bathroom is very convenient: There was however a few downsides such as the noise (especially from the karaoke down the road but it doesn’t last all night), coming from the karaoke, scooters passing by, neighbors being noisy. You can hear everything in this room, and one of the windows doesn’t have an occulting curtains so the light will wake you up. Also, there is a few little places to empty your suitcase so we had to keep our suitcases open on the floor for one month, however we didn’t have the biggest room so it’s only for this one. On the roof yoûll find washing machines and drying machine as well as a drying rack, you will however have to buy your own laundry detergent. The hotel is around 10 min away from the metro station and is surrounded by many shops and restaurants. There is only stairs and no elevators. Thank you anyway for a great stay!

We had very good stay. The apartment was small, but had all you need. There are many coffe shops in the vicinity if you want to get some work done. But the gyms or shopping centers are not so close. The location is surprisingly quiet except for Sunday nights - there is a coffe near by that holds weekly acoustic nights, but they never last longer than 10-11 pm.
